Celebrate this Holi with the Magic of Colors..!!!

This Holi - Let's do a colorful thing to put a smile on someone's face.  It fills you with utmost happiness when you are the reason of someone's smile.
Children like this girl have rare access to playthings & lavish amusements. So, I painted a thermocol sheet just to have this precious smile at her face.

The FOUR STEPS of crafting this article are given below ➠

So, let's begin with the Materials required:

〰 Thermocol Sheet
〰 Paint Brush
〰 Holi Colors(GULAL)
〰 Water Colors

〰 Sugar Coated Fennel Seeds
〰 Golden Thread
〰 Pom-Pom Balls

〰 Thread & Needle
〰 Glue & Scissors
〰 Transparent Plastic Sheet
〰 Scale

FOUR STEPS:

STEP 1➤

• Place the thermocol(30*30 cm) sheet on a plain surface.

 

• Take any of your favorite colors on the brush and start painting in a random pattern.

• After you are completed painting the color, wash the brush gently.
• Now take another color on the brush and start painting with the previously used pattern.

• Keep repeating this process until you fill the complete sheet with different hues.

Now let's move to the next step.

STEP 2➤

• Cut the golden thread into six pieces.
• Now sew a pom-pom ball at each of the corners of the six thread pieces with the help of a needle and thread.

• Now cut six squares of dimension 8*8 cm out of the transparent plastic sheet.
• Then make cones of all the squares and paste their corners with the help of glue.

• Fill all the six cones with sugar coated fennel seeds and tie their top with the golden thread knot.

STEP 3➤

• Take a disposable transparent glass and paste some stickers of your choice on it.
• Now fill Holi colors (GULAL) into it. I preferred using red and yellow color.
• Now fix it at any of the rear corners of the sheet using glue. 

STEP 4➤

Paste the cones randomly on the sheet with the help of glue.
And here is the completed look...!!

I enjoyed making it and felt so happy & satisfied after seeing the reaction of that girl.
Again and again, the girl was telling her mom so happily about what she got.
It took me only 30 mins to make it and I guess her precious smile will last the whole day.
